Loyalty Points
Every time you make a purchase on this website your total spend is logged on our system.
For every whole £1 that you spend on an order (excluding P&P), you earn 1 point, and these points can be redeemed against future orders at the rate of 5 pence per 1 point. This equates to a cumulative 5% discount on future orders that you can use to pay for all or part of future orders.
To give an example, if you buy a DVD and pay £20.50 for it, you earn 20 points which are added once your order is processed successfully and the points are held in your customer account (created when you log in to our site for the first time). When you come back and order again, place your next purchase in your cart as normal, go to the checkout and select the 'Points' payment method. You will then be prompted to enter the number of points you wish to use against your order (you will be told how many points you have available). Once you have entered the number of points you wish to use you will be returned to the select payment page where you should select how you wish to pay for the balance of your order. Your order will then be processed as normal with the points discount applied.
